Ferguson named NJAC Field Hockey Player of the Week

Katelyn Ferguson

Katelyn Ferguson of Sussex has been chosen the first New Jersey Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week in Field Hockey. A graduate of High Point, Ferguson is a junior goalkeeper for Ramapo College
Ferguson excelled between the pipes, registering 50 minutes of shutout play with one save as the Roadrunners route Wells 8-0 in the season opener. She also netted her collegiate goal when she assumed a field position late in the contest. Ferguson wrapped up the week coming up with 10 saves as she went the distance in blanking Castleton State.
